You can easily upload photos from your mobile, tablet, computer or direct from Instagram or Facebook and have them printed on premium quality Fuji Crystal Archive paper photo paper with a gloss or matt finish. Our square prints are perfect for selfies, scrapbooking, displaying around the home or for giving away as small keepsakes. These square photo prints are available in colour or in black and white and there is an option to add a 3mm white border.

Once you place an order we go to work checking and processing your order within 30 minutes. This means that you may amend or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend or cancel an order after 30 minutes. Your printed photos are a personalised product and therefore we are unable to accept returns and cannot refund you unless the product is faulty. We strongly advise double-checking your prints one by one online or in app before approving them for print. After you have placed your order we will email you your order confirmation which contains images of your prints. Please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know if there is an issue within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email please check your junk folder and that there are no typos in your registered email address and let us know if we need to resend the email. If you feel there is a fault with your order please get in touch with us within 1 day of receiving your order by emailing us photos of the products identifying the fault.

Our quality control team will look into this for you and if the product is deemed to be faulty we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your account which you can use for a future purchase - we do not support cash, card or PayPal refunds. We are proud to print in the UK. PostSnap offers fast delivery and we ship our 5x5 prints in protective packaging. Standard shipping charge includes: Royal Mail postage, handling fees and packaging costs.

This is not a tracked service. Express shipping is a tracked, courier service using DPD. Please note that Express delivery is not available for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Please check your prints carefully before placing your order as photo prints can only be returned if they are faulty. Please consider adding your mobile phone number to your account to help us contact you in the event of an issue with your order.

If you have a problem with your prints, we must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date. Faulty photo prints may be returned to us for a refund. Please note that we cannot refund you for customer errors such as badly cropped, dark or pixelated photos.
